CBS, Hearst-Argyle Television and Gannett have the most to gain from the political ad spending windfall expected in 2008. According to a Bear Stearns analysis released Tuesday, CBS will capture $165 million, followed by $101 million for Hearst-Argyle and $97 million for Gannett.
